how far in advance should I book?
It’s never too early! I tend to book at least 6-8 weeks in advance, sometime further. Availability is first come first serve, but I always suggest that as soon as you know the date of your event, you contact me!
 
how do I place an order?
Fill out the request form in the Order tab
 
how much are your treats?
All of my treats are custom, as a result everything is priced differently based on what you would like. To get an accurate quote please give me as much detail as you can about what you would like, as well as pictures (if you have them). For general pricing please see the Pricing & Booking tab.
 
Can you provide desserts for people with special dietary needs?
my desserts contain dairy, wheat, eggs and extracts. While I do not typically use nuts in my products, my kitchen is not a nut free zone. I do offer gluten free options and try my best to prevent cross contamination with glutenous foods, however, it can/may occur. 
 
how long do your cookies stay fresh for?
​my cookies are all heat sealed for freshness and can stay fresh for up to 3 weeks. Freeze them and they will be good for months .

do you ship?
No, due to California’s Cottage Food Laws I am unable to ship at this time. My treats are for pick-up in Fresno/Clovis and the surrounding areas only.
 
do you deliver?
Unfortunately no. Due to the fact I have three little people in my care at all times, it makes delivery next to impossible.
 
when is payment due?
Payment is required in full, up front, in order to secure a spot on my baking schedule 
 
where/when do I pickup?
Pickup location is at my residence, the address will be provided on your invoice.
 
Pickup times will be arranged on an individual basis. If you do not show up for the pickup of your order at the date/time agreed upon, it will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Please note, there are no pick ups available Saturday/Sunday. All orders for weekend events will have a Friday afternoon pick up date.  
 
do you have a refund policy?
A refund of 75% will be issued when cancelations are made up to 2 weeks before your event date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks of the event will be issued a refund of 50% of the total payment received in the form of store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
what form of payment to you accept?
Cash and debit/credit cards via Venmo or Square. NO CHECKS. 

Do you provide discounts for large orders?
Unfortunately, no. 
I am a 1-person, part time bake shop operating in a home kitchen. Homemade treats are not subject to economies of scale-- it's not any easier to make 30 cookies than 12 cookies, and each cookie takes just as long as the previous, if not longer. That being said, please rest assured that if you have a limited budget and need a large amount of cookies, I am more than happy to work with you to find a design option that works for you.
